The current /ro/ menu mixes services and solutions into one umbrella with no buyer-journey logic. The proposed nav reorganizes around three things the data showed mattered: buyer intent stage, industry segmentation (HQ's underused portfolio moat), and a resources hub for the lead-magnet long-tails.
"Industrii" turns HQ's enterprise portfolio (Alfa Laval, KPMG, Beijer Ref) into vertical landing pages — the moat competitors can't match. "Resurse" centralizes templates, calculators, and gated PDFs as lead-magnet content for the long-tail intent we saw on `plan de continuitate model`, `audit IT checklist`, `RTO RPO`.
"Audit IT gratuit" is a button (not a link) — same wedge ITC Tech uses to win the SERP. Phone number visible at all times like dotnetwork does. "Cere ofertă" CTA in every megamenu footer — every nav drop is also a conversion path.
The current page targets a phrase nobody types. Renamed to the term RO buyers actually search ("mentenanță IT"). Old URL 301-redirects. Same treatment for `/administrare/` (folded) and `/videoconferinta/` (repivoted to B2B AV integration).
